A workshop designed to reduce stress, relieve the symptoms of anxiety; restoring balance and peace to mind and body. Classes held via zoom weekly on Sundays at 10am.
Full 4 week workshop for only £20.
Online workshops lasting 4 weeks on specific themes such as flexibility, strength, mental health, releasing emotions, etc.
Using zoom, the workshops can help you develop whilst also providing a platform for individual and group correction.
