"I DECIDED TO TRAIN WITH ALIX AS MY TRAINING AND PROGRESS HAD PLATEAUED, AND I NEEDED SOME NEW IDEAS TO GET BACK ON TRACK. I OFTEN FOUND MYSELF GETTING BORED WITH DOING THE SAME EXERCISE AND STRUGGLED WITH MOTIVATION. I HAD A TASTER SESSION WITH ALIX AND REALLY ENJOYED HER METHODS WHICH WERE DIFFERENT TO HOW I'D TRAINED BEFORE. THE SUPPORT FROM ALIX IN REGARDS TO MACROS AND MY OWN TRAINING JUST ADDS TO THE BENEFIT OF TRAINING.
